Back On Track!!!
Well this last week I got back on track with healthy eating, drinking water and now I just need to get walking again! I went to WW and weighed in and lost 1.8 lbs for the week–I was thrilled with that! I was talking to the lady that weighed me and she had lost 365 lbs in 21 months almost 3 years ago and has been able to maintain it. During our conversation I asked what kept her motivated and she told me that she kept putting herself first instead of everyone else. She always made heathy eating and exercise her priority and she said even doing that there were weeks when she would gain and at first she almost quit 5 months into it because she had 3 weeks of gains and then but then she reminded herself that she was in it for herself and just to stay focused and sure enough the weight started coming back off. That is what happened too me–I had 4 EXCELLENT months at WW with no gains and then all of the sudden I gained and lost all interest and without even knowing it during the months of June and July I gained 6 lbs!!! No worries though because I am back on track now–doing it for me!!!
